Daniel D. Bodell, Attorney

Daniel D. Bodell is of counsel at the firm, working out of the San Diego and Irvine offices. His practice focuses on personal injury, employment and business litigation. He has extensive legal experience in the negotiation, settlements and litigation of various types of legal matters including serious personal injury claims, wrongful death cases, car accident claims and truck & big rig accident claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bodell was a partner at Gordon & Rees, LLP where his practice concentrated on product liability, business litigation and personal injury litigation.

Mr. Bodell received his B.A. from Villanova University in 1996. He received his J.D. in 2000 from the University of San Diego, where he was a member of the National Mock Trial Team and served as Honor Court Prosecutor.

He is a member of the State Bar of California, licensed to practice in all state and federal courts. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Bodell is an avid golfer and scuba diver.
